GARY SCHROEDER: First day of the Northern Tier

 

The ride going from Seaside Oregon to Portland Maine over 10 weeks. It’s exciting to get together again with the part of the group that are old heads that I’ve ridden with before but it’s also exciting to see the new Riders people I have not written with who will soon become old friends as well.  

 

In the next 10 days we will take 2 days off the bikes and work with local Fuller chapters in a fellow Washington and Kellogg Idaho.  Having experienced the joy that comes with Fuller Center bill days, I look forward to watching the new riders as they experience firsthand just what a difference their efforts can make in the lives of the families we stopped to help.

 

They will get the chance to see how one day out of their life can change the daily life of the homeowner forever as a result of the time they spent working on that house to provide a safe secure environment for that family.
