This was one our longer days, with lots of climbing, but it was rewarding as it gave us an introduction to the giant redwoods in Redwood National Park.
There was so much agriculture leaving Watsonville to make our way to King City. Our views started as strawberry fields and progressed to lettuce, cabbage, sunflowers, lavender, and even cactus plots! The workers were incredible.
Today we started out in the town of Novato, CA. As we headed south towards San Francisco, we left the rural terrain we had seen the previous several days and now traveled through more populated areas.
