Welcome new riders!
June 27, 2022
Cooler (cold?) temperatures prevailed throughout the ride. We started the day in the mid 40s and finished in the mid 60s.
The sun broke through after a couple of hours and made the ride that much more enjoyable. Most riders pulled on their long pants. I believe Gary had two pair on. Even Tom the Mainer had his on.
The majority of the ride had minimal traffic and good roads. The wind was not much of a factor and swung in/out favor the last 20 miles.
We welcomed several new riders; Suzanne, who arrived late but managed to get her bike together this morning in time, Mike, Mark, Megan and Renee also rode for the first time. It was a great feeling having 17 riders all starting out of Ontonagon at the same time. Welcome to the ride!
